UDG No Drill Installation Kits
This kit allows for an easy, no drill installation of our UDG Safety Gates. This No Drill Kit offers a great alternative to drilling holes or welding plate.
All the hardware in this kit is 304 stainless steel. Inquiries for larger size, or hot dipped galvanized, are welcomed with a minimum order quantity of 75 pieces. Any custom inquiry will likely have a higher cost and lead time.
No Drill Kits have 18 different mounting orientations. Whereas previous kits only had 2 orientations.

The Universal Double-Bar Safety Gates (UDG) are polyurethane, self-closing safety gates. These industrial safety gates are used to prevent falls and protect employees from vulnerable openings at the tops of vertical ladders and elevated platforms. The self-closing swing gate meets and exceeds all fall protection standards, including US OSHA 1910.29 (Walking-Working Surfaces Standard), EN ISO 14122, and ABS Standard 201 Section 4.8.

The add-on HoldTight Magnet Closure Kit provides a way to hold the Safety Gate securely in a closed position. All parts of the kit have been designed and tested for outdoor use and exposure. In fact, it has successfully held the Intrepid Safety Gate closed on an offshore rig along the Canadian-Atlantic coastline where the winds are around 30 knots with gusts of 70-80 knots!
