Installation Kit

If you need to install your pedestrian gate in a spot where it would be difficult to drill holes, there is another option that will allow you to position the gate in a wider range of areas. The installation kit includes a steel L-shaped bracket that can be bolted down or fixed to a post using steel screw clamps.

The installation kit’s bracket has two sets of holes for attaching the pedestrian gate. The inner set of holes will allow the gate to only swing in one direction, while the other set of holes will allow the gate to swing both ways.

Visual Warning Kit

Another practical and safety-enhancing option for the pedestrian gate is the pedestrian warning light. If your pedestrian gate is installed in an area where foot traffic may not be visible to forklift operators, adding a warning light will alert drivers to approaching pedestrians.

The warning light kit includes a large orange strobe that will be activated whenever someone opens the pedestrian gate. The kit also includes a motion sensor with a six-foot cord attaching it to the strobe light, as well as a six-foot power cord and adapter.
