INSULATORS - Machined & Molded

  
 
These very small ribbed insulators were machined from Instant Set Polymer (ISP) rod stock.  They serve as good replacement parts for ceramic insulators that are prone to breakage.

 

 

 

 

    
   
These insulators are used to support chlorine production brine cells.  Just two (2) of the smaller  4" diameter   x   6 3/8" high  insulators are used to support a fully loaded brine cell weighing around 15,000 pounds.

The larger insulators are utilized to support an array of these cells and their supporting structure.  They measure  6" diameter   x   7 13/16" high  with a 9" square base.

 
 
These block style insulator were made to our customer's specifications.  These were machined to shape due to the limited run of parts required.
