LARGE INSULATORS FOR BUS BAR SUPPORT
Large insulators have been molded for use in electrochemical process production. They provide support for electrical bus bar as it carries high loads of current at low voltage to the large process cells. The polyurethane insulators not only keep the high amperage from going to ground, but they also support the substantial weight of the cells and of the aluminum and copper bus bars, as well.
Several type shapes have been produced by using various inserts in a single mold. It is also quite easy to field-cut and modify any of the pieces.
